A woman’s greatest joy is to have a child and she feels complete when the miracle happens. The joy of Giving birth to a buoyant and a healthy baby has no bounds to both the parents and when such a thing does not happen for a long time, it is time that a married couple looked for help and aid. Many women unknowingly suffer from reproductive complications such as PCOS, Endometriosis or chronic ovarian cysts and these interfere with normal pregnancy. The pregnancy miracle e-book by Lisa Olson is a guide that can help infertile or impeded women get pregnant without the aid of medication or a doctor’s help.

Lisa Olson herself was once a chronic infertile lady and with the e-book she is sharing her experiences and secrets of how she got pregnant using non-medical techniques. This book discusses the use of natural methods and nutritional changes required to cure infertility and get pregnant instead of medical aid to become the mother of a healthy child.

This e-book on pregnancy miracle is designed with a five step process for an infertile woman to become pregnant. In fact, many women from across 130 countries are known to have benefited from the experience sand steps outlined in the “Pregnancy Miracle” e-book. These women have become pregnant and conceived healthy babies to turn into happy, satisfied and proud mothers after they had lost all hope of enjoying motherhood.

As per research, all these women have achieved the miracle without drugs, OTC medications or even surgery. Of course, drugs required in the normal course of pregnancy would be taken, but none were actually consumed to get pregnant in the first place. When asked, many of them said that all they did was to follow the advice in the e-book and nothing else.

The book itself is very useful and is entirely research based and the techniques explained therein have been scientifically proven. In fact, a set of data compiled for the sake of this research states that out of every hundred infertile women who have used conventional treatment to be rid of infertility, only 7 have been successful. The rest have ended up in a worse state than they were actually in.

The above statistics show the effectiveness of conventional medication for infertility and thus the author does not advocate the use of any drugs in her pregnancy miracle. Infertility is in fact a holistic condition and can be caused by numerous reasons. The pregnancy miracle explains these and advocates the methods of getting over hurdles in getting pregnant systematically.

The e-book is particularly useful for infertile woman who want to understand the causes and remove misconceptions of infertility and follow the five step process to motherhood.

If you’ve been desperately trying to get pregnant with no success and are tired of hearing the same excuses from your Doctor, take a look at FREE Pregnancy Miracle [http://article-spotlight.com/category/pregnancy/] the first step to holding that bundle of joy in your arms.

Just wondered because i've just found out that i've got PCOS
I haven't had a period since i came off the pill in January. My testosterone level was 5.6 but for someone without PCOS it should only be around 2. The doctor seemed to think that my level was high even for someone with PCOS

Have you been trying to get pregnant without success? Would you like to find out how to get pregnant? Do you have PCOS, blocked fallopian tubes, or have irregular cycles?

There are many ways to get pregnant without help from a medical professional. First off, your body must be ready for pregnancy. It must be healthy.

Here are some tips to get started:

1. Start exercising

2. Stop Drinking Caffeine

3. Start taking a prenatal vitamin

4. Stop Smoking

5. Stop drinking alcohol

6. Start Relaxing and Stop Stressing

These are just a few steps in the right direction.

Secondly, you must get your mind healthy. Stop stressing about getting pregnant. Just sit back and relax. Make sex enjoyable again, stop making it a task. Get romantic again with your partner. Think positive about getting pregnant.

Third, you must know the methods to get pregnant. Just because one way worked great for one couple, it doesn’t always mean its going to work the same for you. Get to know your body by knowing your cycles. A common myth is that you ovulate 14 days after the first day of your period. Some women do ovulate on day 14, but there are a lot of women who don’t. Watch for signs of ovulation.

Fourth, your spouse, significant other, partner, must also be healthy. He must take the same steps you are taking to be healthy. But instead of taking the prenatal vitamins, he should be taking a multivitamin.

Just relax. Get Back to the romance. Be spontaneous!

Hey Readers! I’ve been comin across some crazy stuff the past few days from a few different blogs around the web which I just had to share with you. Check em out below…

Obese women with PCOS who also smoke face a double threat of cardiovascular disease, which can make them vulnerable to a heart attack at almost the same age as men. Heart attacks usually strike men at an earlier age than women. …

I will tell you up front that I am a guy… a self-actualized guy who does have the ability to feel compassion and empathy among other like feelings. But still, you may ask yourself, “What does a man know about infertility and the heartbreak that comes every month with another negative pregnancy test?” Plenty!

I will also tell you that I AM a father, if that gives you any hope right up front, but it wasn’t without my own heartbreak that I experienced along with my wife. Yes, I will give you women credit and not say that my own experience is as painful or frustrating as yours since I will never know what it means to be a woman. Likewise, I will never know the satisfaction that comes, and hopefully will come to you some day soon, from carrying a child in your womb for nine months…feeding and living with that baby in a way that no man could possibly comprehend. But I will tell you that I have cried both tear of anger and frustration after losing a baby and also, like I said, months and months of trying to have a baby with my wife. The child that we lost was given a name and I look forward to seeing him someday at the end of my life…I look forward to embracing him and getting to know him.

In the meantime I hope to help those that are in the same situation that we were in not too long ago. Yes, my wife and I did have a child together. As a matter of fact I have THREE children! I am fortunate and I have been blessed…but I DO remember what it was like to wonder if that day would ever come. The stress and unspoken feeling of failure that I saw on my wife’s face each month after she tried to do everything right only to find out that once again, she wasn’t pregnant. She would quietly note in her journal her basal temperature and track the days of her cycle…she would have stood on her head and spit wooden nickels if she thought that it would help her to conceive. As a matter of fact, I am sure that there is some sort of correlation between standing on one’s head and propping her butt up in the air with a pillow after each baby making session that could be made!

Trips to the doctor and OBGYN were met with a list of difficulties that she would have to overcome if she was ever to get pregnant…PCOS, a tilted cervix…you name it and the doctors could find it wrong with her! But this is their job. They are trained to find problems so don’t hold it against them. What they don’t know is that the human body is an amazing thing that can overcome many obstacles in it self. I mean, how amazing is the entire process of reproduction in itself? Think about that for a while and ponder what has to happen for you and your significant other to successfully start this process and all that goes on once that process is started? Amazing!

For my wife and me, success came when we least expected it. Yes, we got lucky…or did we? Was it actually luck or the absence of the stress of trying so hard? There are many things that come into play and I don’t know if we will ever know the exact reasons why we were successful after a year of trying. It could have been the absence of stress from my wife’s daily life. It could have been the fact that we weren’t trying. It could have been a change in my wife’s eating habits over the month preceding her becoming pregnant.

The fact is that there are many options that you should consider before either giving up or turning to expensive medical options that can sometimes throw your body and your life out of whack. Diet can play a key role in fertility…as well as weight and stress. And let’s not forget the part that men play in this equation! That’s right…perhaps a pair of boxer shorts and a healthy lifestyle for him might help your success? If nothing else he might look pretty spiffy in a pair of silk boxers, don’t you think?

You have many holistic and natural options to explore before turning to IVF and modern medicine. To explore these options I suggest that you check out our website for more articles on pregnancy and other women issues at Consumer Products Overview

Women hair loss causes are somewhat different than those typically found in men, and the emotional effects can be quite different as well. Female hair loss affects about one-third of all susceptible women and usually onsets after menopause although it can begin earlier. It appears that sex hormone imbalances or fluctuations are responsible for most female hair loss, including those who have PCOS, recent pregnancy, menopause, post menopausal trauma, or birth control side effects.

The cause of the failure to grow new hair is not well understood, but in the case of women with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), excessively high levels of androgens (male hormones) are thought to be primarily responsible. The most common causes of hair loss in women are not related to inherited genes, but to temporary metabolic problems associated with pregnancy, unusual stress, chemotherapy, crash diets/anorexia, thyroid hormone deficiency, major surgery, severe infection or high fever. Braiding, cornrows, tight ponytails, and extensions are the most common styling causes. There also may be some sort of trigger that initially causes the onset of hair loss, perhaps a virus or an environment contaminant. Nevertheless severe or protracted stress from emotional, physical, chemical, or dietary causes can wreak havoc on many of the body’s vital hormones.

It’s only in the past 20 years that truly effective hair loss treatments have been discovered. It is estimated that nearly thirty percent of all people suffering from hair loss or hair loss symptoms and in need of hair loss treatments are indeed women. Treatments for permanent female hair loss include medications and follicular unit transplantation procedures. Treatments like women lifestyle alterations (balanced weight loss and exercise, stopping of hormone therapy or birth control medicines may also be sufficient to induce the reversal. Your aim should be to seek the best professional advice and female hair loss treatments in order to achieve optimum results.

Most cases of hair loss in women are due to inherited female pattern balding, but medical conditions can also be involved, such as low thyroid levels, hormonal imbalances such as elevated testosterone, binge dieting, and pregnancy. The right vitamins and minerals can also work to promote the proper functioning of your thyroid and keep estrogen levels in the proper balance. Once thyroid hormone is administered, regrowth of hair occurs in approximately 2 months. In women I have seen, when genetic hair loss is present and low thyroid precipitates more, even correcting the thyroid does not often help. Having an overactive or under active thyroid gland may cause thinning hair. Treating the thyroid disease will usually help this type of female hair loss.

Women’s Provillus is specially formulated including many a vitamin for hair loss treatment as well as the only ingredient approved by the FDA to promote regrowth of hair. It is a herbal hair loss treatment that has NO side effects It effectively stops hair loss and restores lost hair.

PCO-an acronym for polycystic ovarian syndrome-is one of the leading causes of infertility. PCOs and infertility issues are a well-known phenomenon and the most common reason that women discover that they have this condition. There are other effects upon the body associated with this condition, however, and some of them are readily apparent. This condition can be very difficult to treat though it is readily-detectable. Some of the signs of this syndrome manifest right from the beginning of puberty and the symptoms of this disorder merit immediate investigation and, if possible, treatment. PCOs and infertility issues are somewhat predictable. In a woman affected with this disorder, there are certain tell-tale symptoms that may manifest long before the woman wishes to have a child. This disorder is associated with an increase in testosterone levels in the blood. This may result in excessive body hair development in women. This symptom, aside from being psychologically distressing, provides a good reason for women to visit the doctor to get checked for this condition. There are risks with this disease that have far more dangerous impacts than infertility and symptoms such as the above should not be ignored.

PCOs and infertility issues are indicated by the irregularity of affected women’s menstrual cycles. Some women may suffer very irregular menstrual cycles and some women may have no menstrual cycle at all. Either case merits immediate medical attention. Though the condition may not be immediately life-threatening, any absence of or persistent irregularity of a menstrual cycle is always cause for concern and should be discussed with a physician. Particularly in women who are trying to conceive, this is a harbinger of difficulties to come and the sooner treatment is started the better one’s chances of conceiving successfully.

In a woman affected by this disease, the eggs to not mature properly and there are physical deformities in the ovaries. Hence the connection between PCOs and infertility problems. The ovaries are host to small cysts-these are properly termed antral follicles-which are visible on most scans. These cysts will show up on an ultrasound, in most cases, which is the method by which many women discover that they have this condition. The cysts are generally between 2 and 9 millimeters in diameter. The ovaries generally have several of these structures attached to them. About 8 to 10 percent of women of childbearing age are affected by this condition.

There are various drug treatments available for PCOs and infertility issues. IVF may also be considered as a way to achieve a successful pregnancy. Many of the drug treatments will make menstruation regular and will increase the chances of the woman successfully conceiving. IVF offers a rate of about 60% live births when used as a means of treating PCO. This condition is also related to increased risk of stroke and heart attack in affected women. For that reason, whether or not one is trying to conceive, this condition should be checked for and monitored if the common symptoms manifest.

The Fields were one of millions of couples who have gone through the series of questions and possible causes for what seemed to be an inability to conceive. The journey they took is a very common one, and the success they had was also. Most people who start out with a fear that they are infertile can, with the proper knowledge and guidance, bear children and in this initial article is discussed some basic ideas on what infertility really is and how it may most commonly be approached. For more information on PCOs and infertility go to http://defeatinfertility.com

PCOS can be a barrier to natural, healthy conception… if you let it! Many women jump straight to infertility pills or even surgery before considering the up and coming herbal medication available. Getting pregnant with PCOS is made much easier with the help of such medication.

The beauty of herbal remedies is the low risk in terms of side effects. Traditional infertility pills such as Clomid have been shown to increase the chances of ovarian cancer. Recent study has shown that amongst women getting pregnant with PCOS in China in 2008, 70% were able to conceive naturally within 2 months of starting the herbal medication!

I highly recommend investing in a guide teaching you exactly how to take such medication to improve your fertility based on your specific needs. I have found an amazing one which I shall discuss later.

Getting Pregnant – PCOS can be cured by Herbal Medication!

So, how does this approach work? PCOS is usually the result of excess estrogen being released in the body. This could be the result of lack of exercise, stress, poor diet or a variety of factors. Specific herbs are selected to tackle this problem. They are there to help regulate the hormones through the body a little better.

Another problem you may have is the pain of literally getting pregnant. PCOS makes intercourse painful and you may even experience bleeding. This is mainly due to the inflammation of tissue in the uterus. Again, particular herbs are selected to help calm these inflamed areas and stop or reduce the pain you feel.

Overall, based on factors like risk, cost and effectiveness, herbal medication seems the best way to start your campaign of getting pregnant with PCOS.

Visit this article on getting pregnant with PCOS to learn more about fertility improvement and find a renowned guide on the subject.

Dr Hammond has helped 100s of women get pregnant naturally.
Read this inspirational account of his client’s struggle against infertility and emulate her success.

You're a perfect example of this, John Evans.

Speaking as an Irish bi-sexual (see how assumptions never work?)”
———————————————————- -
———————————————————- -
I made no such assumption. With a handle like bty949950 you could well be a V.W.Golf? Anyway, how many times have you used this crutch? It would make no difference if you were a Hawaiian nose flautist. Out of curosity was the 'little' correct?
———————————————————- -
———————————————————- -

You go on to say “I never suggested that any stigma should be attached to people being obese.”
———————————————————- -
———————————————————- -
You said that obese people had bad genes. If that’s not stigmatising what is? It is also inaccurate.

Obesity is a complex disease for which no single cause or cure exists. You gain weight when you take in more calories than you burn off. But obesity is influenced by many other factors as well: family history, the type of work you do, race, and environment.

So may I assume you are an ignorant Irish bi-sexual?
———————————————————- -
———————————————————- -

You continue “I said that people who have medical conditions causing obesity AND a failure to conceive are probably nature's way of preventing the passing on of bad genes. Bad genetics are a fact of life. No one with any sense would breed puppies from a $%^& with known genetic problems,”

———————————————————- -
———————————————————- -

You don’t know much about dog breeding either, although Most dogs have had the bad genes needed to survive in the wild (ideally as wolves, which I assume (there I go again) people like you hunted to extinction) bred out of them by genetic engineers. Rejects were of course clubbed over the head or drowned. Presumably what you'd like to see happen to the overweight.
———————————————————- -
———————————————————- -

Finally you say “so why the heck would we knowingly produce a *child* with poor health? The increasing number of children being born with hereditary illnesses is a direct result of people 'playing god' when plain common sense should dictate caution.”
———————————————————- -
———————————————————- -

It’s you chum who’s playing God, which is exactly what The Third Reich tried to do (actually they played Satan).

How insultingly patronising to misstate the obvious. Has it not occured to you, that people with hereditary diseases, of all sorts; think long and hard, before getting pregnant?

In conclusion, is it in order to assume you are an ignorant little bi-sexual, Irish Nazi?

PCOS treatment, high testosterone levels?

I have a very high testosterone level for a girl and I think I might have PCOS or Adrenal Hyperplasia, I'm still waiting for the lab results. But I was wondering if the testosterone level decrease, estrogen level will increase right? If estrogen levels increase will that make me an emotional person? I'm not looking forward to becoming an emotional person. I know it's a silly concern, but does anyone have any ideas.

If you’ve been keeping up with my blog posts lately you’ll know I’ve come to adding a few news posts from around the web on this subject. I’ve got a couple more today that are new and updated, so let me know what you think of em…

PCOS And Infertility – Do They Go Hand In Hand?

Unfortunately at this time this treatment for PCOS and infertility seems to only work on about 35% of women who can be stimulated into ovulating. Another drug that is used in combination with Clomid is Metformin. …

Yahoo! UK News Message Boards – Pregnancy – No IVF for the overweight?

		        According to this:

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/30082006/325/ban-sought-free-ivf- obese-women.html

severely overweight women may be denied access to free IVF treatment or told to lose weight before being offered the chance to try IVF.

They're also sayign that single women and same sex couples should be offered the same deal as hetrosexual couples.

What do you think – is this acceptable discrimination based on the health risks involved?

I have PCOS and am awaiting IVF treatment does anyone have any advise?

IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment; IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.

My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

http://www.forerunnershealthcare.com
Hope this helps.

Yahoo! UK News Message Boards – Obesity – Fashion industry blamed for obesity?

According to this news article: http://uk.news.yahoo.com/itn/20080401/tu…

The fashion industry's obsession with thinness encourages the general public to follow extreme diets that could ultimately be making us fat because we turn from binge eating to dieting.

Do you agree with this? Can we really blame a nations obesity problem on the fashion industry or should we simply take responsibility for ourselves?

Back with more news for you today. It’s amazing how much good information there is on this stuff out there if you know where to look. Three in particular that I found really valuable were…

New Studies Confirm Acupuncture Helps PCOS! | Acupuncture, Herbal …

The researchers wanted to find a long-lasting treatment for PCOS that would have no adverse side effects, and so they looked at whether acupuncture or exercise could decrease the sympathetic nerve activity in women with PCOS. …

PCOS – Diagnosis and Treatment: PCOS and Indian Women – PCOS …

I was shocked to find out nearly 35% of women in India have PCOS. It is a no brainer why we would have got this as health awareness is very less in India. Our diet is full of refined foods and sugar and there is no sign of this epidemic …

PCOS – Diagnosis and Treatment: What is PCOS

If you have been diagnosed with PCOS, don't panic. It is not such a worst thing in the world as the name sounds. You are one of those people who are lucky enough to get diagnosed with PCOS, for most women it is left undiagnosed. …
