I have PCOS(polycystic ovarian syndrome)…?

and i have had a recent major gain of weight in the past 4 months(with not much change in diet), 20+ pounds and i'm 4'11 so its looking like even more than that. i have struggled with my weight forever and i had lost over 50 pounds.
i am going to the doctor this week and i was wondering if there are any medicines out there that could help me??
